How to maximize the performance of Edius?

The slower the edius or it doesn't work well or EdiusSystemReport frequently appears, when i have created many clips, files, and sequences.

I've already changed play buffer Size to the maximum(8G) in system setting.

And then it got better But not enough.

A sometimes turns off automatically when it does not work well.(
When i have created many clips, sequences...) At that time, EdiusSystemReport is not created either.

    my system info.

    i7-5930K, Gigabyte X99-UD4-CF, 32GB, nvidia GeForce GTX 970,

    C drive : WDS100T2X0C-00L350
etc drive : samsung SSD 850 pro

    Edius V.9.21.3770
    vistitle 2.7 (I also installed version 2.8)

can you do a speed test on the C drive and on the drive that holds the clips

also, in EDIUS help menu, generate a system report and attach it in your reply

from what I see in your report, you are running Win 10 Enterprise, I have to investigate if this OS is suitable for EDIUS

also, disable Advanced System Care 11 or uninstall it and never use the registry cleaner, then test EDIUS again

also, no need to set buffer to 8GB, are you editing HD or UHD?

also, male sure speed default is set to frame blending, if set to optical flow as default, you will lose lots of performance
