Can 3rd party filters be moved to new folder?

I have just updated to Edius 8.1 and I have several NewBlue FX which show up in Edius as various folder names, such as Stylizer, Essentials etc.

I would like to create a new folder(s) and group filters together with names that make more sense to me.

If I do this will that mess any subsequent removal or re-install?

you can do that with no issues at all, other than the fact that the E8 effects panel is not as user friendly and logical as E7.5 and earlier

I'm not completely convinced that Edius will remember the custom folder positions. I know if I setup folders for Sapphire and Red Giant in the AE bridge, if I do a full uninstall, I will have to reorganize the folders again and after a re-install.
