  • Can't install Robuskey

    are trying to reinstall Robuskey after a computer problem and keep getting a error ( Fail on copying CUDA DLL ) any suggestion?

    You could try to uninstall, then use Ccleaner (free version will do just fine) to clean the registry.
    After that clean your %temp% file, reboot and install again.

          Not sure if robuskey is also affected by Antivirus software / windows defender during installation like Edius is.
          Can someone confirm ?

            It should be common practice to turn any Antivirus OFF for any installation
            Maybe a restart, turning the computer off, waiting 10-20 seconds with the power turned off at the power point may help

              right click desktop, nvidia control panel, click home button to see model and driver version

              it sounds like the windows version of the driver is installed instead of nvidia

                Version 353.30 GTX660Ti, this looks looks the right drivers.

                    Look at the size of the *.zip File - if it is 214 KB - you have the wrong *.zip file
                    from Edius Pro 8 Bonus Disk.
                    The correct *.zip file has a size of 11,5 MB
                    I had the same error and this was the solution.

                              Window did several updates and corruted by user profile in windows.
                              Had to create a new profile and that's when we lost Robuskey.
