  • VisTitle won't load

Trying to open VisTitle (1.87) either in Edius or stand alone. No problems before but now it's not opening, giving error: E0007 -- Error loading import library.VxTitleSys.dll

Running on Win7 pro with dongle attached.

    Vx are you there?

    Many thanks

    Alan

Have you changed anything on your setup?
    1. Check your dongle, 2. you could run check disc on your system drive. 3. You could uninstall the dongle and Vistitle and then re-install. 4. Are you running an antivirus that could have updated.

I would start with the dongle and go from there.
There comes a point in searching for the problem that it is just easier to uninstall and re-install.

      Thanks Jerry,

Windows has updated since my last use - some time ago I must say - so perhaps it was that.

      Cheers

Yes it's the AV software. F-secure, since recent refresh has now decided that VT is infected. Now excluded and all is well.

        Cheers

it appears most anti virus programs cause more trouble than what they do good

Agreed Anton, before excluding VisTitle only, I considered just turning the AV off , at least for the 99% of the time I don't let the machine anywhere near the internet.
