  • What would you like to learn in Part 2

I am currently in the process of compiling ideas for my second set of Vistitle Quick Start Tutorials. For those of you who purchased the original, I thank you for your support.

This next version will still have some basic items in it, but for the most part it will be more advanced and user driven. What that means is I want as much input from you the users as I can get. Basically, this is going to be a tutorial set with what you want.

Any and all ideas are welcome. This can include simple 'how do I do this,' type of segments to full 3D projects and more.
If a new version of Vistitle is released during the time that I am creating this, I plan to include tutorials for any new features.

So, whether you have a specific request or several ideas(except the Handwriting Plugin*), please send them to me by PM. Hopefully, with your help, I can create a tutorial that actual users can and will use.

    Thanks

I'm looking for things that users want to learn how to do in Vistitle. This could be an effect, a 3D Text, animation....anything that you would like to learn. This would be for a second set of tutorials that would be out later this year.

I think something on the animation would be helpful.

Of the non-paid plugins that come with the program, the only one that I didn't do was 3D Model. In it's place. I did a 2D Path to 3d tutorial that is also on my website.
The paid plugins, 3D Particle and 3D Chart, will be covered in part 2. I doubt that I will do a major tutorial for the Karaoke plugin, but I will do a brief one.
There is no need to do a full blown Handwriting tutorial because of the way the plugin is written. It is designed for Asian characters. The plugin needs to be adapted for English characters.
You can use it, but it will take longer to produce a title than it's worth. I might produce a shorter tutorial to show how to use it in a way that it can be beneficial, but time consuming.
Videostar is aware of the issue.

As I get more ideas for the, 'How To Do I Do This?' section, I'm hoping that will fill up the package. The more ideas I get the better the product will be.
                    So, send me those ideas!!!

I have a Vistitle template that I use to display the race results in my videos. This information is derived from a spreadsheet that I obtain. Currently I just do multiple copy and pastes to get the appropriate fields changed.
What I would find particularly useful is a method of being able to import the data directly in csv format.
If not I may have to develop a macro for this purpose.

I still want a method of scrolling titles to be easy as Quick Title. Their method and the key framing method is not too nice.

Scrolls are pretty easy once you get the method locked in.
Keyframing is pretty much how After Effects works.
