  • Pluraleyes and Edius 6.07 import issue

    Hi,
I have 4 separate video tracks. 2DSLR and 2CCD and 2 audio tracks.
I run the plureleyes sync process and it seems to work ok, but every time edius tries to import the synced sequence the following appears within edius.
Exception occurred in synced sequence import.
    Unspecified Error
    Unspecified Error
    Unspecified Error

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have run a fresh install, and this is the error. My previous issue what that plureleyes wouldn’t even load. But I got that working.

I am also having the same error message, which has only just started...we've used Plural Eyes for about 5 years without many hitches, now it's bombing out all the time... any ideas would be great...

Check the frame rates and audio sample rates. Frame rates should all be the same and audio sample rates should all be the same. Audio for video should always be 48kHz
