Vistitle won't install

    Vistitle won't install

    Now that I have Edius running again I need to install Vistitle. After I install the dongle when prompted I get a dialog that says I must install Canopus Edius 4.x or later first.

    Edius 6.55 is installed and working.

    Now what do I do?
    Edius 8 Workgroup, Intel 3770K, Asus P8Z77-V Motherboard, 32GB DDR3 1600 ram, SSD for C, external Raid box with WE RE4 1TB drives Raid 0 for video assets. Overclocked 4.3ghz, Asus GTX 660 ti, water cooled system. Windows 10 Professional 64bit

      1.8 from the disk and then upgrade to 2.5

        False alarm! I decided to try to install the 2.5 first without first installing from the CD 1.8. It installed fine and all is well.

          If you have the full installer of 2.5 and not an upgrade then you shouldn't need to install 1.8 at all. If your dongle supports 2.x then just download the full 2.5 installer and use that next time.

            Here's an installation tip:
            I always install the dongle separately before attempting to install the actual program. Just go to http://www.safenet-inc.com/support-d...tinel-drivers/
            and get the latest sentinel driver. This way you will have the latest driver and the actual Vistitle installation goes very quickly.
