OK- transport stream exports need to have m2ts extension, not m2t :)
I have this working in Edius after adding the "s" to the filename extension, am comparing quality against my usual procedure, feeding GV Lossless to MeGui and it's fine, (faster as well) but... and there's always a but isn't there.. colours change.. grass goes lighter and more yellow, reds become dark brown reds, orange goes yellowie, can see the shape in Edius vectorscope rotating more anticlockwise to MeGui version (which is perfect).

Looking for help on color settings, is fixed to BT.709 so that's ok.. stuck!

Tested some more, seems its the H264/AVC and PAL Blu-ray encodes that produce incorrect colours, (EX1R 25fps and GH3 50fps).

mp4 encodes (for portable devices) are ok, a very good match in fact.

      Wonder what others are finding?

Now I am getting somewhere... in MeGui, for X264 colorprim setting I always use "-film". Now in the TMPGenc Edius plug-in advanced settings I notice that for AVC output the color primaries are set to auto BT.709 and greyed out. To change this setting I selected 'MPEG2 transport' instead of 'MPEG2 transport AVC', then in the drop down box which had now became available I switched it to 'Unspecified video'.

One more thing, before exporting I typed the added "s" to the filename extension so "m2t" became "m2ts" and when I pressed export, after it encoded it popped up in Edius bin!

        Colours are now fine.

They keep saying Spurs Engine cards work under Windows 8 64 bit. I have not found this to be true....anyone?

I moved to a new home beginning this year, due to a misunderstanding with my internetprovider I have been without internet for about 3 weeks, guess what happened when I wanted to finish a dvd project on a deadline in tmpgenc authoring works? It's fun to disconnect your desktop, drive to a relative to connect to the internet for the software to "activate" and drive back home again, just so you can continue to work. By far the most useless anti piracy option that I know off.

Just use a mobile (smart) phone and tether to internet.
Been doing it for years as telephone hardlines are often down due to power failures in my region.

              Works great for me ..................

                  Firecoder/Spurs engine with plug-in?

I have installed the trial version and carried out some simple tests, works fine but does not use spurs engine as claimed in publicity, I may be missing a 'use hardware encoder' switch or something in set-up.
                  Has anyone tried this aspect.
No problem with activation just connected to the internet for a few seconds. What is confusing at every re-boot of Edius it is necessary to re-affirm but no connection needed.

You can select the Spurs engine, Intel Media SDK or x264 in the Video encoder drop-down.
The statements are accurate as far as I can see.

I don't have a Spurs device, but it works quite well with quick sync and x264. You will need to setup your export presets so that the files are readable in Edius 7.
If your Spurs device is showing in Device manager, I don't know why it isn't showing in the drop down.

For our Firecoder it necessary to download the 1.11 package and install the driver for the Firecoder. You don't need to install software in the package just the driver.

After you have installed the driver and the device is seen by windows you can install the Pegasys plug. It looks for the spurs engine and will see our Firecoder.

Having produced a .m2t AVCHD file from the 'test time line' that plays perfectly in WMP and Power DVD I can't deduce a work flow to create an image file for a BD disc. Can this be done from Edius7 or is another program required? I was expecting full integration with Edius but that doesn't seem to be the case. Help!
