Just sent you the updated version. Play with the text and length of the clip. Also, you can change the blur type that I used.

I opened both of them and it opened the layout, but there was nothing in it either one.

I have tried this with 3 browser and it works just fine.

I don't get it. I have tried the steps and did the rename, bur the file still shows up as a PHP file, I have no idea what that is.

It works that's why I wrote the steps. :)
They both work. The first one you posted was a real zip . I needed to unzip it.
The second one was just a .zip I got it with a rename.
