I -- and others -- have expressed our dismay with Red Giant and their exclusion of a plugin version for Edius for version 3. I have the first versions, thankfully, but also bought into version 3 as RG sales staff were very deceptive about it's functionality in relation to Edius.

HOWEVER, I have been told by RG staff that plugin compatibility with Edius is now being worked on. No timeline, of course, but this is great news!

There is NO SUBSTITUTE when you have clients who do multi-cam shoots completely wrong (mainly starting and stopping cameras). And there are a LOT of them out there. I know I have gotten a number of jobs because I had PE, competitors did not and therefore passed on the jobs because of the nightmare of re-syncing. Plus I could do it cheaper.

Either a RG or GV solution in the near future will be VERY welcome. Have not upgraded to 7 as a result.
MAIN SYSTEM: Asus P8Z68 DELUXE, Core i-7 2600k @ 4.6Mhz (stable), 32gb DDR3 1600 (1833 oc) Vengence RAM, 512gb SSD (OS and Apps Only), 256gb SSD Scratch Disk, 2TB Caviar Black SATA3 RAID Video Drive, Nvidia GTX 970 (oc'd), Windows 7 PRO 64-bit, all in a customized HAF-X case ... complete with holographic logo. [Air cooled into the low teens idle, 49c under heavy sustained oc'd load.] Dual 19" displays with 32" video monitor. ShuttlePRO.

Same here. Will not upgrade to Edius 7 either until a sync program is available...

I'm getting ready to (finally) upgrade all of my software (and hardware too). I'll be moving from Edius 5.5 on Vista to Edius 7 on Windows 7. From what I can tell PluralEyes works (worked) well on Edius 6.5. If I upgraded my old system from 5.5 to 6.5 is there anyway I could use a synced project from that computer with the new computer running 7? I really need to figure out a way to use PE.
