  • VEGAS / codec HQ edius

    Hello,

    i used to do effects with vegas,

    when i upgraded to 6.53 vegas didnt take no more my avi hq edius codec
    on its timeline,

    i used to export th fx avi in canopus hq, same trouble, i have to export in an avi uncompressed,

    please help

    If I'm reading this correctly...

    You export Canopus HQ AVIs from EDIUS to Vegas.
    You upgraded to EDIUS 6.53
    Vega no longer accepts your Canopus HQ AVIs?

      exactly and now i just saw that virtual dub dont take my hq too

        Have you deinstalled EDIUS, codec option & hardware drivers seperately before you have installed 6.53?
        If so try to reinstall EDIUS!

          no andreas; i just updated...may i install the codec canopus one more time ?

            Look in the list of installed programs for older GV/Canopus entries.
            Deinstall all options one after each other.
            Then reinstall version 6.5, then update to 6.53.
