If this was what you wanted answered I will give it a try
Best Project setting! If you have interlaced video, use an interlaced project
Interlace video in a Progressive project gives double imaging on fast movement but progressive in an interlaced project looks acceptable except for the jitter

An Interlaced project exports to DVD and Bluray with ease
IF you only export to the internet a Progressive project COULD be better IF you have progressive video

I Film with Interlaced because of the smoothness and internet is just something I somtimes do so people can see what I can do and see for yourself, looks good to me

My main concern is Broadcast which requires Interlace as does a DVD or Bluray copy

    Hope That helps

If for DVD or Bluray, INTERLACED!

That is the specification, so it is simple

Edius and or VMW does a great job of converting from Interlaced to Progressive for Internet and allows DVD and Bluray output as well

If just for Internet then Progressive is the answer, BUT any interlace footage will appear as double image on fast movement as both fields will be combined to make a frame and as with fast movement the two fields will have a displacement so double imaging will occur

For television depends on how you intend to supply to a television set, DVD or Bluray is the norm, BUT, on the latest sets it is possible to encode an mpeg or mp4 to be placed on a USB drive and play through the Tele
But the problem of jittery movement on fast movement raises its head again, so I would rather use interlaced for playback on a television

But there are a lot of people who don't mind the jitter, comes down to what you want to achieve or what you feel is best

              here it is,

one part may change (the wall of split screen at the end),

No after effect, except at 3'10, everything in edius layouter for animation
enjoy the work, 2 weeks of concentration.

Sorry, we couldn’t find that page

                      what's up khoi !

i export the video with the title in 2d then i play with the layouter in 3d,
dubbing the sequence to make a 50/50 cropping then one half of the screen got a different angle from the other one.

                            Wow!

I'm lucky if I can get a static "Family Movies" title to fade in and out.
