Are you using the compatible file types with PluralEyes?
Maybe you should get the paid version.

It will be interesting to see how prompt and helpful RG's response to dhardjono is.

I have been a generally-satisfied user of PE since I moved to Edius - my previous NLE didn't support it - and have received comprehensive, timely and accurate help from the original owners when it was requested.

I am concerned that the purchase of PE by Red Giant will ultimately not be in the interests of Windows users of PE. I write this without evidence, just a sense of the direction RG is taking. The company's products are heavily weighted towards the Mac system, and all the publicity I've read from them since the takeover concerns their Mac products - indeed it wouldn't be unfair to describe their Windows offerings generally as "lip-service".

This is an instance when I hope sincerely that my misgivings are unfounded; PE is an excellent product and I would hope that its purchase might lead RG to put more into the development of Windows versions of its other ranges - clearly admired and supported by Mac users. An announcement of such intent by RG would be good to receive.
