I use Smartsound too. Its nice to be able to have music timed to the exact point needed with starts and endings automatically.

If you read their huge disclaimer page https://www.videoblocks.com/agreement.html You will see that it is NOT for commercial use of any type..

Ok...queried the guys at videoblocks and got this lengthy reply, anyone a lawyer out there to interperit this? :)

        "Hello,

You may use the Stock Files for nearly any project, including feature films, broadcast,
commercial, industrial, educational video, print projects, multimedia, games, and the internet, but
solely to the extent the Stock File is incorporated into any work with substantial value added by you
such that transformed or derivative work is not recognizable as the Stock File nor is the Stock File capable
of being downloaded, extracted or accessed by a third party as a stand-alone file (satisfaction of these
conditions will constitute the work as a “Derivative Work” for the purposes of this Agreement). Thus, you
could incorporate Stock Files in Derivative Works that include promotional materials, packaging, web
page design, broadcast, products for sale, electronic and print publication, comps, and layouts."
I know some stock companies have similar disclaimers. Those have meant that you cannot simply create a project that is comprised of just downloads.
Other items that are created by you are the main focus of the project. The stock footage would then blend in to the existing project. It would add filler content but not be the sole content.
