    Vistitle 2 upgrade?

Has anyone been able to order and receive a Vistitle 2 upgrade from version 1?

I have tried several GV resellers who don't have supplies , and have even sent a PM to VXchen, but again no reply.

If there is a delay, does anyone have a date when this might be available?

I can only tell that the free upgrade from 1.x to 2.0 took less than 24 hours from sending the mail to receiving the serial.

The question is for people who don't get a free upgrade.

I have just received a PM from VXchen (he is at BIRTV 2012) saying that it is down to GV, in Europe in my case, to finalise the process for the upgrade path.

Come on GV it can't be that complicated can it?

                    Hello,
I have a problem with the Vistitle2.0-Upgrade. I have purchased a "VisTitle 2 (Upgrade from 1.x) with Plug-In Pack" and I have received a new serial number from the reseller. I have downloaded the Vistitle2-Fullinstaller.
During the installation of Vistitle 2.0, I am prompted to plug in the USB-dongle from 1.x. Without the dongle, the installation will not continued. When I plug the dongle, the installation continues. There is no request to input the new serial number. Vistitle 2.0 works fine. However, the paid-plugins "2D-to-3D" and "3D-Charts" are not enabled. Vistitle 2.0 has the old serial number from 1.x and not the new serialnumber. The paid-plugins can not be activated with the new serial number.
                    Does anyone have any advice?

                    Regards

                        Hello,
I have now received from the reseller the five activation codes for every five paid plugins. Was probably just an oversight.
Vistitle 2.0 now works fine with all Plugins.

                        Regards

I haven't found a reseller with the upgrade to buy. Can you let me know where you had success?
