I have accidently deleted some really important files, and emptied the recycle bin. Is there any easy ways I can just get my files back?

I believe that if you have not saved anyting after the deletion or defragmented the HD, then there are possibilities to recover the deleted files.i7 3930K, Win 10 pro 64 Bit.

File recovery from recycle bin
Hi Daan,
Files you deleted from Recycle Bin will not be erased permanently. They are just inaccessible or invisible. The space your deleted files located on is marked as free space that can be occupied or taken by new data. Therefore, you can perform file recovery from Recycle Bin using third party file recovery software. The software can recover data after deeply scanning your hard drive to look for lost data you accidentally deleted.
By the way,you can download it and scan your hard drive for free to preview whether your deleted files can be recovered.

be warned that many of these file recovery solutions fail on files larger than 4GB, they seem to be written for Fat32Anton Strauss

Kernel for Windows Data Recovery is a result-oriented and magnificent tool that works on both FAT and NTFS file systems and recovers data from the lost or inaccessible partitions. With the help of quick and advance scanning facility, this tool searches and restores lost data within few minutes. It also displays the recovered results to the user.

I hope this isn't moving too far off topic for the forum but may I add our recent experience of lost files since it reflects well on parts of the industry?
We recently recorded an entire event on a hired in camera (EX1R) which hadn't had any firmware update - necessary, according to Sony) to record on our 64Gb SxS cards. Although something had been recorded the clips could not be accessed in Sony XDCAM EX Clip Browser.
To compound the error (and proving that there's no fool like an old fool) Windows 7 was allowed to "correct" the file structure.
None of the free or commercial solutions worked and in desperation the card was sent to Sony UK. They passed it to Sony Belgium who very quickly and without charge recovered all the original clips.
Lessons learned: 1) don't trust Windows to do anything and 2) trust the pros.Edius 6.52; i2500K; Gigabyte Z68P-DS3; 8Gb RAM; 124Gb SSD for system, 5x1Tb HDD on board; 1Tb & 500Gb HDD off-board; 2Tb RAID1 out-board; BCF2000; Shuttle Pro2; Radeon 5 series dual display, HD Spark, HD monitor. You're probably right but I've done business with the same company (a Sony Main dealer and BBC supplier BTW) for 30 years and just as I'm not infallible I accept that they're not either - I hope we're all allowed one ****-up in that period.Edius 6.52; i2500K; Gigabyte Z68P-DS3; 8Gb RAM; 124Gb SSD for system, 5x1Tb HDD on board; 1Tb & 500Gb HDD off-board; 2Tb RAID1 out-board; BCF2000; Shuttle Pro2; Radeon 5 series dual display, HD Spark, HD monitor. Even worse that they are a Sony main dealer and did not keep firmware up to date !
But.... you have forgiven them and the important thing is you recovered your footage so it turned out ok in the end.
I suppose everybody is allowed one mistake - I made one once many years ago when I thought I had made a mistake but I hadn't ! :)
All the best
