Vistitler has slowed every down so much I'm going to go back to TMP for this project. It is ridiculous how slow it has become. It even stops play back on the timeline. If I make the same title in TMP it plays fine.

Can you send me some your title files (*.vtlayout) which slow down your timeline, and let me looking into this issues. And, I guess, these titles should be animation titles, right ?
In most situations, VisTitle layout should be played with realtime.
As I known, when we create a TMP animiation titles, before return to EDIUS, it was rendered to a disk files, so it was always realtime play in timeline. But, you have to wait them to rendered.

I'll send them to you later, the are simple stills. White text place above video track.
When I made the same title in TMP Edius played fine. Maybe the files got corrupted?

it could be that the EDIUS buffer is set to high
when I set mine to 512, EDIUS often runs out of memory due to the incorporated Vistitle memory consumption, no problem when using 128 buffer
this has been confirmed by VX Chen and he said this problem should be gone with 64bit version of EDIUS and Vistitle
EDIUS X WG with BM Mini Monitor 4k and BM Mini Recorder, Gigabyte X299 UD4 Pro, Intel Core i9 9960X 16 Core, 32 Threads @ 4.3Ghz, Corsair Water Cooling, Gigabyte RTX-2070 Super 3X 8GB Video Card, Samsung 860 Pro 512GB SSD for System, 8TB Samsung Raid0 SSD for Video, 2 Pioneer BDR-209 Blu-ray/DVD burners, Hotswap Bay for 3.5" Sata and 2.5" SSD, Phanteks Enthoo Pro XL Tower, Corsair 32GB DDR4 Ram, Win10 Pro
Problem solved bt Vistitler. I sent one of the titles to vistitler and they send me this back. "Yes, “Best of the Best.vtlayout”clip is very slow, its outline shade property had checked“Concave” and “Bevel”property, and set some large unnecessary blur size. From the render result, I think you can uncheck these property, and set the outline color to RGB(54, 16, 15) directly. "
Thank you Vistitler
