Vistitle Download Speed - 1.8 Update

I try since a fortnigth to download the Vistitle 1.8 Update without success.
The speed from Germany is as low as 18 KB/s and is estimated to around 8 hours to load - but even this is not possible because the download goes on error after one or two hours.
Videostar - this is frustrating !!!

This is a Grassvalley forum you do know that right? :)
Use a download manager such as FDM (free download manager) and your dowload will go smooth.
Can't say anything on the speed but I promise that you'll get it.

Firstly, we have to say sorry, sorry. Hope you can understand, we rent this server in overseas, and I confess, yes, it is not satisfying for every one in the world. And have to suggest you to download them with a download manager application.

And i'm a Grass Valley User using a Grass Valley Third Party Plugin - you do know that rigth !

But I know that VX Chen is looking regularly to this part of the forum - as you can see - so that's what I intended.

Steve's point was you were complaining about the company's download speed,
which has nothing to do with GV by the way,
and not issues with the 3rd party program. You can always PM VX Chen concerning anything about Vistitle or Videostar.

What's the sin stating his problem? We're all here trying to help, and I don't mind giving him an answer that will help him download Vistitle and being able to use in GrassValley Edius.

There wasn't a question. It was addressed to videostar and not
Gv. Steve did give a suggestion to help him.
But the complaint should have been put on the complaint videostar forum.

I have tried to help but I agree that not all things related to a thirdparty plug-ins can be solved on the GV forum.
Anyway the OP has been able to download and hopefully he can enjoy the update.
