How to integrate animated lower thirds in TMP

i am always looking to speed up my workflow and so i am looking for a wqy to integrate my animated lower thirds into tmp.
i tried it with the logo functio. but i tok only a still frame from my animation.
is there any way to do it? thanks for your help!

place the animated lower third on a V track

place TmPro title above in another V track

thats the normal way. but i want to speed things up by integrate the animated lower third into the tmp title so i can avoid putting fade outs on the title AND the lower third.

one way of adding fast fade in and out is to click the keyer track, then drag dissolve to info palette, done
