  • Vistitle 1.5.3 not compatible to 1.5.2?

    Hi Jack,

after updating to 1.5.3: opening an EDIUS 6 project using titles made on v.1.5.2 ---> all title clips are "offline".
    Is 1.5.3 incompatible to v1.5.2?
German localize doesn't work on 1.53 either!

Localize (1.5.2) is not work with 1.53, we had update them to dealer, please contact with them.

But, the layout file (1.5.2) should be compatible. It can be used in newer version. For test this, please import your layout files(1.5.2) to 1.5.3, it should be OK.

If you open the EDIUS project, and the title was "offline", please check the title layout file path is OK.

Jack, the layout files are not working on 1.5.3 :(
      1. I've checked PATH: is OK
      2. I can import the 1.5.2 title layout, but it is still marked as "offline" on BIN window.
It's very strange, I can handle the files, but the are shown as offline.

          Please try this to test:
          1) New a EDIUS project
          2) Import your 1.5.2 layout files to EDIUS bin window

          Is it all right?

If I rename the file, I can not import it --> error code "can't open file"
original file can be imported, but shown as offline.

Creating a new EDIUS project --> same problem, can't open/import the file

Do you have applied German Localized PID files to system ?

Because German Localized PID files (1.5.2 version) is not work in VisTitle 1.5.3, so if it is still there, VisTitle cannot work well.

Please to sure whether you can run VisTitle 1.5.3 with standalone mode ? And, if yes, can you import 1.5.2 layout to VisTitle 1.5.3 main program ?

Yes, there is a german localize.pid installed.
There was no information, that localize doesn't fit to 1.5.3.
I made a new installation and it works fine.
I'm waiting for the new LOCALIZE.pid

                  Thanks a lot
