TmpgEnc 4 Xpress

After reading these forums (thank you Anton), I want to try using TmpgEnc 4 Xpress as I am not been satisfied with my current system.
What is a safe place to download it. I searched the web and came up with LOTS of sites including free sites but I have become paranoid after past experiences.

Suggestions?

Crap! I just realized that I got a BUG. Every time a do a search, I am redirected on the first try. On the second try, I can click through.
