I plan to buy a Videotitle, but I don't know between Title motion pro and Vistitle is the best, and where can I get those?

There are no universals in life.
You need to explain a little more what kind of titling you do, or want to do. Then people should be able to give you better advice applicable to your use.

I think Vistitle is MUCH better than TMP.

I have TMP and Vistitle. The learning curve for Vistitle may be a little steeper than TMP, but will yield much cleaner results.
