  • VisTitle PDF files problem

Vx, I tried to open one of your pdf files from the install DVD whilst installing on a new Win7(home edition) machine. It consistanly crashed Acrobat reader so I copied it across to my desktop.

Apart from still not being able to open the file (VT quickstart guide), I cannot delete it either. I guess it's a Win7 permissions thing. How do I get rid of it off the desktop please?

    Cheers

If restart the computer, can you delete it? If not, use adminstrator right to delete it ?

Do you have Adobe Reader latest version ? I think it should open the PDF without error. In VisTitle's Install DVD, we have put a Adobe Reader installer in it. It will be OK too.

Thanks Vx. Yes I've tried a reboot, still can't get rid of the pesky thing.

It's Adobe reader v9.1.0 - new on the Win7 machine. Your file opens perfectlyon my Vista64 box so I really don't know what's going on.
