I can not write Blu-rays in Edius

The thing is, I have Edius Pro 7.2 and I am not able to burn blu-rays with Edius. I put the work to write, is a process, says the recording was completed, but the album is empty. The strange this is that burning the CD.
I managed to make a recording but will only Prai 3rd attempt.

Tests performed with Nero, ashampoo, among other software and could make recordings blu-rays successfully.
What bothers me most is that the work done in Edius only gives to record in Edius.

I checked the player's firmware (is updated) and I am not able to see where the problem is.


I have Windows 8, 16Gb memory.

I'm sorry but I'm Portuguese and my English is not very good.

are you using an antivirus software? which one? is EDIUS folder excluded from the virus scanner?

I suspect that if you have all those other programs on there that one of those has put it's own burning engine in (such as ashampoo) that is interfering with the Edius burning engine. You could try telling Edius to build an image which will then give you a BDMV and Certificate folder which you can then try burning using a different program

The antivirus I have is AVG free
I will uninstall all burning software I have installed on the computer and I'll try again.
