Upgrade for NX PCI-X with PCIExpress Component Out

I'm am looking for faster exports from edius timeline and was thinking of buying the Grass Valley HD Component Output Board for EDIUS NX.

The HD Component Output Board for EDIUS NX from Grass Valley is a PCI Express expansion card for EDIUS NX systems. The card adds BNC component video outputs to the EDIUS NX. It also features on-board MPEG-2/MPEG-4 encoding

I have the NX PCI-X board and was wandering if it was compatible with it. I know it works fines with PCI Express NX board.

I wasn't aware that you could buy the PCIe version of the component output expansion board ?

In any event, you need to be aware that support for the MPEG-2/MPEG-4 encoder chip on this version of the expansion board, is not available from v5 of EDIUS onward. In other words, you'd need to have/run v4.61 of EDIUS to use the chip to export.
