Restoring Offline clips

I am using Edius V4.6

I created a project using edius v3. I have saved the project files but naturally deleted the video clips do to the size. I still have the tapes and would like to recapture but when the Offline clip dialoge box opens up it only gives me an option to opent the clip restoration dialog box which only allows me to relink the clips if they are already captured.

I am wanting to click the capture entire clip box and it wont let me. What am i doing wrong?

I read an earlier post about giving it a reel name and so far so good.
