Bottom field first in the clip properties in TMPGE. In my project settings in Edius they are bottom field first. The captured clips are all bottom field first. In my project settings in Edius there is no way to set top field first, is that correct?

In PCE you have 6000kbps CBR, in TMG4 you have 7000kbpsCBR, what bitrate did you have in that other program?

I have made a new DVD using procoder set at 7000 bitrate. This DVD is the closest but not quite as good as the one made with Ulead Movie Factory that shipped with E5. The only difference I find in the settings is Movie Factory applies a anti-flicker filter. I went into TMpge and applied a anti flicker filter also and it is close also. But not as good. Would you please tell me what is my best choice when saving my timeline as a AVI for quality. Then I would load this AVI into whatever format conversion software I settle on for making my DVD's. As you like the output from Ulead I'd suggest you export from edius as a dv.avi and import this into ulead and off you go.Comment

Which should I use, 720x576 50i d1,dvd or720x576 4:3 50i 48khz 2ch?
