Procoder Express field setting

It seems that the field setting in Procoder Express is fixed to upper field first. In previous versions I could set this to lower first which is the state that most of my source is stored.
Is there a way to change the setting or have I missed something?

You can choose the field order if you choose generic mpeg target and not DVD...

This is a change that came in with Edius 4.24
