Trial serial # not working

  • Trial serial # not working

    I just downloaded the trial version from Grass Valley's website After I uninstalled 4.6 and rebooted the computer I tried to install the trial version. When I add the serial # (777777-....) it's tell me: "Wrong serial number. Please input real serial number"
    I cleaned any Canopus related folder from the registry but no luck.
    What I need to do? I just don't want to rebuilt my computer.
    Anybody?

    Go this thread and read about uninstalling the pavedius.dll and it should solve your problem

      Thanks Pat. Everything is OK now. It's a very poor uninstall-install procedure by Grass Valley.
