Can I add a Tab?

Hey all -

Curious if I can add a tab to the Info/Bin/Effects pallete..
I have them all in one window so that I can tab between them - and I am wondering if I could make a tab in there with JUST my fav Effects so that I dotn have to scroll through all of the other effects ( video- audio - keyers) and such... a separate tab for would be soo much easier!

I don't know a way of adding a tab, but I do have a FAVORITE folder in the effects palette where I drag the effects that I use most of the time. It does save a lot of scrolling and looking
