The presets on Procoder Express allow for up to 2 hours to be encoded in preparation for authoring. How can i get 3 hours or more encoded with elementary streams using Procoder express?

I can't look it up anymore since I have E5 but you can set it by clicking the advanced button on one of the last screens in PCE. -
Use these bitrate for 3hrs.
Max 5000kbps
Average 3081kbps
Minimum 2000kbps
Audio 192kbps
open GOP for better maximum quality since this is so long.
Use VBR 2 pass highest quality.
