  • Titlemotion issue

Just out of the blue I am having trouble with titlemotion. Whenever I launch the application, (and regardless of selecting which title track), the CG editor box opens but is greyed out. There is no video inset within the title motion CG editor and when you type it does not show up where it had done so properly before. When you start typing, you can see the title in the preview window on the main screen in EDIUS but not actually in the titlemotion applicaion so you cannot adjust any title parameters. I tried opening a different project, rebooting but it seems to happen all the time. Any ideas?

After you open TM if it is grey out, minimize TM only and open it again and see if it helps.

right click your desktop and go advanced, then on the troubleshooting tab make sure acceleration is on maximum

also, you may need to resinstall or update your graphics card driver

if all the above fails, then maybe your TM has gone corrupt, uninstall/reinstall

Yes Anton, that was it. I had to reinstall and it was fine. Thanks much. Program must have gotten corrupted some how. Sounds like Wall Street.
