I only have a limited experience with this but using Flash Communication Server gives fantastic results. Its quite expensive to setup and run but I have to say it’s the most reliable and best quality streaming solution I’ve used.

I have had small dealings with wmv based steaming and its just not anywhere near the quality of flash.

Thank's Nobby, a mate of mine has setup a site to stream live gigs, (bands) he is currently using WMV streaming and it is not very good at all, I will let him know about Flash Communication server, I guess they will just have to pay to get the quality, WMV is not very good at all streaming live.

        Cheers
