EDIUS Plug-In for Highlighting

Are there EDIUS plug-ins that provide easy ways for highlighting portions of video. Such as, draw a circle around some feature of a person's clothing or any sort of item I want to highlight for purposes of discussion in the video.

You can use the Region filter with a color correction filter on the inside.

Or simple draw circle with Quicktitler...

Region with Moving Path consumes less resources than 3D PIP, though you should also be able to use 2D PIP, which uses less resources than its 3D counterpart.

The keyframing in Region and 3D PIP is easier to use than 2D PIP's keyframing though.
