  • Difference between Quicktitler and TitleMotion Pro

Because I'm new with Edius, I can't compare between these two. I come from Adobe and want to make the switch.
I'm thinking of buying a HDstorm plus with V5 included, but find out yesterday that TMP isn't included in this package. What am I missing by not getting TMP and just having Quicktitler? Which major difference are between those two and in what way will I be disadvantaged?

And is this only with the HDstorm? So will NX Express still have the TMP with V5 included?

Probably the biggest difference is the animation capabilities that TMP has, that Quicktitler doesn't have.

With TMP, you have a large amount of prebuilt 3D animation effects that are fully keyframable within the applications interface. Quicktitler is more for the quick-and-easy character generation, with Rolls and Crawls being the extent of its animation capability.

    EDIUS NX Express includes TMP.

also, when using TMPro the output to external monitor is full resolution and razor sharp while typing

when you use QuickTitler, the resolution on external monitor is very poor until you save and exit
