    Drag a clip to the timeline, park your cursor over it and then delete the clip, timeline jump to another area, this drives me nuts, this does not happen before E5.

        That's good to know... I suppose I've noticed the jump, but I've become so accustomed to it in the past that my workaround is now habit. When it's fixed I'll have to retrain.
