  • Keyframing GPU FX/and other bugs

Have anybody try to keyframe GPU FX? I don't think it is working right, pick any preset fx, go to the last keyframe and delete it, now change the x and y value so that it will end up at different position that the original fx, but this will make a new position for the starting keyframe, I think this is a bug.
Also after working for awhile, I lose the ability to undo, ctrl z stop working and the undo icon is grey out, closing the project and reopen it fix the problem.

More weird bugs, I make a single .bmp frame from the timeline, open that frame in photoshop and deinterlaced it, preview it on the NTSC monitor through Edius, and everything looks great, save it and then go back into Edius and the single frame is now all washout, looks like 7.5 IRE has been added to it, can anybody confirm this?

I've not tried using keyframes in E5, but this sounds like the strange behavior I used to encounter with 3D PIP keyframes in E4.xx.

that is not happening here... undo-redo works fine... still using the trial version of edius5 and the full version of vitascene (v1.035)

Is your RGB processing set to Super White, or White?
Most times you want it set to White.

Super White says RGB 0-255 map to IRE 0-255
White says RGB 0-255 maps to IRE 16-235

Ok thank you for pointing to the right direction, but it is reverse, I change rgb to super white and now everything is correct, leaving them on white changes the value of the .bmp after saving them in photoshop and that is what I had before.

Ok I installed sp3 and that fix the undo/redo, so I think with E5, it needs sp3 atleast on my system.
