Activation Error Message

I upgraded my Edius Pro 3(which has been activated) to Edius Pro 4 with USB dongle. It has been almost a year and only now I'm getting an error message when Edius is starting up, saying that the activation period is over please call Bias.....
When I click the error message, Edius continues to load and the program runs without any problems. Is this a virus? How can I eliminate this error message?

go to the control panel add/remove programs and remove Bias soundsoap, it is pretty useless software, this will fix your problem

or if you really need soundoap, ask bias for new activation code
