  • E5 - wmv export for internet

I have been using PCE for my internet wmv files for my website and galleries. The way my gallery is setup I was exporting a 384x288 512kb/sec wmv file based on the Windows Media preset in the PCE wizard. When these files that had widescreen origins played in my online galleries they would automatically letterbox the clip to look widescreen.

With E5 and the built in exporter I can't figure out how to get this work this way. I can export for Windows Media and set the bit rate to 512 but there is no 388x244 preset and not option to select that size. I tried different setting including 480x270 which is widescreen and each time the video plays in my gallery player squished into a 4x3 with no letterbox.

Is there something I am missing or am I going to have to get my developer to fix my player. I don't do my own internet work so I have no clue how to setup the player on the page.

    Thanks for any help.

In the exporter, Enable Conversion, open the Advanced drop-down, enable Change video format, and make sure the proper display aspect is selected.
Also, you can choose Custom frame size and enter your own frame size.
