Where is the Prodad Marcalli serial number that it asks for when you go to register it?

copy that pin # and keep clicking send several time and it will proceed, a bug that you have to keep clicking send.

I have had the same problem. I tried resending, clicking next whatever. It wanted me to email information to prodad. I finally processed all that completely through. It does appear to put a license code in the box but when I drop the filter on a clip it keeps telling me I need to register it. The filter works fine with no red X over the clips but is annoying to be told I have to register each time.

I have same problem, but I live with it, it comes up not registered yet, although I am.

I was lucky that I had a full version of Mercalli Pro, so I just used that lic key,
you should recieve an email from ProDad with a link to download a key that you save to disk some where safe, you run the key and then it will turn it into the pro version, once it is the pro version the Register bit dissapears for good.

Cool....I did finally get an email sent to them so I will keep an eye out for it.

I talked to tech support last Friday (Sept 26), and they knew about this issue. They said they will have solution for us.

Philip just make sure you save this little program that you will recieve the link to as it is the program that runs the lic install and activates it to the full pro version, I assume that Grass Valley did include the full pro version of Mercalli, as I said earlier I already had it so no need for me to go through all this again.

This is correct - it will be resolved in an upcoming update.

Is the update going to be in time to stop any time restrictions from the plugins? I have been unable to register either mercalli or andorage

As I understand it, it won't expire - you're simply being nagged for something you don't need to do (register).

It's just the funky nature of the plug-in interacting with the EDIUS software. That is what will be fixed in the patch that is coming.

PLease could you tell me where to find the serial number? Presumably it is not the number at the top of the registration screen starting PID?

There is no serial number - just click ok to the 'nag' message - you do not need to register the plug-ins, despite being told otherwise.
