Code 05:21:02 burning to dvd

Has anybody had this problem in Edius, all of a sudden when burning direct to a dvd or using Nero this has popped up right at the end. Aint done anything different from last time I burned!

Are you close to the max. limit of data size allowable to be burned ?

What I can remember from long ago is that when you use inferior quality DVD's it happens, after I changed to Imation -R all that was a thing from the past (with a firmware update to my pioneer DVD DVR 112)

Also with the Pioneer A9 I had nothing but bad burns
