USB SP Dongle missing HELP!

I don't know where to post this problem. EDIUS is still new to me.
I own both the NX and SP verson of Edius, both Hard & Software.
I found out one of my SP usb dongle is missing due to my moving.
I don't know what to do. I don't know much about computer tecnicallity.

I'm asking any of you in the same my situation and how to resolve this.

I went to another forum site and they told me that I have to buy a new SP Hardware and software. I can't aford it. I only used the NX and SP less than six month. I'ven't make any more yet.

Please help me.

My advice would be to purchase the upgrade to v5, for the license that you own but have lost the dongle for - you don't require a dongle to run the upgrade (you will receive a new dongle).

Just provide proof of purchase, and you're fully qualified to upgrade.
