the difference between hdstorm and pegasus

can anyone tell me the difference betwen hdstorm card and the pegasus please

The HDSTORM is fully integrated into Edius 5, so you can capture in Edius and see your video through the HDSTORM's outputs.

The Pegasus is just a capture board (no outputs) with a stand alone software for capturing. Edius 5 won't see the Pegasus at all.
