Hi all Im new member, name is tom,
live in Ayrshire Scotland, need some help Please
just downloade demo Eidus, were is the serial number, hidden
downloaded again still no serial,
should their be a second email with demo serial.

anyone else any ideas I have emailed canopus i will wait and see if i get a reply

seems pointless letting u download a demo and not giving u a serial
I would have thought the serial would have been embedded in the download files, anyone with half a brain would have done that.

Tom all you are getting is the download file which does NOT come with a serial.
You have to log into the site first. Then on the right side of the dowload page is the serial number.

My apoligises To Eidus and forum users I got an email saying the serial number was on the web page along with instructions for install of Eidus
so it was ME in a hurry as usual.
Looking forward to using Eidus,

Thinking of moving from adobe cs3
to Eidus HD/STORM SETUP
what do other members think of this move, had problems with cs3 and HD FILES
ADOBE IS SO SLOW AT ENCODING IF U GO THE ENCORE ROUTE,
one hour video hd takes 14hrs to encode
thats the default settings
my system is a quad core,
4gig mem,
512 meg graphics
2 500 gig harddrives one for capture of vid files etc

Serial still not working

THIS SERIAL STILL NOT WORKING
I typed it in manuel and still not working Eidus is not on this laptop nor has never been,
ANYONE any ideas it just wont except serial i tried changing the 0 to letter o
and vice versa, can any advice will be helpful

Also, please remove the serial number from your post, otherwise you run the risk of ruining demos for all.
