  • Start up progress (odd)

I uninstalled the trial and applied the full install.
On startup, the progress bar stops about 15-20% of the way (for around) 20 seconds and then goes immediately to the preset/project screen. It's not serious or anything, just strange that the bar stops and waits, then bamm, I'm in. The trial went all the way accross the screen for me.

Also, some times the EDIUS.exe *32 process does not stop after closing with my full install, is there a VST or Vitascene DLL to blame like I read sometime ago?

in my case under XP, it stops for 20 - 30 seconds and then progresses fast all the way to the right

as for the process not ending, this is caused by vitascene but already fixed in a newer tpi

It doesn't seem to be causing any real problems loading stuff (so it's just wierd)

How would i get the newer tpi?
      Thanks Anton

ProDAD has provided a patch for a new TPI (Version 1.0.37) which works in EDIUS for all VitaScene Versions 1.0.35:

can you do a quick test?

cut and paste the VST folder to a temp location while Edius is closed

now start Edius, how is the progress bar doing now?

no, not on any payroll, but the slow progress bar is caused by the izoptone plugins
