Yes... If your DVD app will accept them, Edius does a good job of exporting them.

On the v5 side, Edius now will import markers!
I can't wait to see how it works with EX1/P2 footage.

What is the intended use for the marker exporter? Will it embed markers for use in 3rd party DVD apps? Like Encore or DVDMF? or is it for something else?
