Edius 5 and new boards and the mac

Has anyone installed any of the new Thomson PCI express video boards and Edius 5 on a new (or recent) mac with Vista or XP and have anything to report?

Considering they haven't shipped yet, I'd say it's unlikely.

As in the past, they won't be endorsed to run with a Mac. But it's not outside the realm of possibility.

That is so true. The NX works like a charm.
One thing to consider is that if you nee analog in/out you need the BOB and that means that you will have to run the cable out the back and custam cover the box.
Or just Cut the mac in front? hehe

I guess I was hoping there were some beta testers willing and able to try the new boards in a mac.

I understand the inability to endorse them running on a mac.

If Kenneally does not have any of the boards (read some of his previous posts) I doubt if any of the beta testers had any to try...
