From Premiere 1.0Pro to Premiere 1.5Pro

I upload from Premiere 1.0PRO to Premiere 1.5PRO. I also uses ADVC1000. I can capture picture in Premiere 1.5 , but I can't export picture to ADVC1000 (TV monitor). What I missed in my instalation? Oh, DVStom2PRO is also used.
