Letter Box

Hi Everyone,

How do you create a two color letter box? I want to
create a blue thin boarder line underneath the top black
letter box and a blue thin line on top of the bottom black
letter box.. I appreciate any help!!

There are a number of ways to achieve this. I would use two separate Region filters with Inside filter set to Solid Color to make the border lines.

Another way is to use a single Region filter with Inside filter set to Solid Color to create a rectangle slightly taller than the video, and put that under the video, so the video covers most, but not all of the Region.
