fix with same problem
I also had the same problem after installing gopro 4 studio.
Then found this solution and it worked for me.
Browse to C/windows/sysWOW64 and then remove these files
ippcore-6.1
ippj-6.1
ippjw7.6..1
IPPS-6.1

Here's the fix.
Error: 'No DLLS were Found in the Waterfall Procedure' Occurs After Installing GoPro Studio
In some cases after installing GoPro Studio, other applications may report an error that states: "Error at loading if ippSP library - No DLLS were Found in the Waterfall procedure".
If this occurs the solution is to browse to: C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and then remove these files:
ippcore-6.1
ippj-6.1
ippjw7-6 .. 1
IPPS-6.1
ippvc-6.1Leave a comment:

Thanks Geoff
That answers the question I could not understand
I have the same problem with others I help and it is usually programs they have downloaded and some have not even used but clog the system, that was the reason for my question, but no one listens, no one so far had given a good reason
Since I only use Edius I had no idea of the shortcommings others face, once i found the ultimate there was no need for the rest

"Why would you need to install GOPRO software"
In my case I was a Vegas Pro user and GOPRO provided a free 'cineform' lossless .avi codec. In earlier versions of Vegas the cineform codec was part of the package. I'm sure others will be in a similar position.
After switching to Edius a little housekeeping was undertaken and GOPRO was uninstalled. That's how I discovered that uninstalling GOPRO brought up the 'No SPLib Dll'' error and in my case reinstalling it cleared the problem. No doubt the removal of other software could cause a similar error.
Having learnt my lesson a second bootable drive and 'rebuilt' the machine. Images taken & logged at various stages of the software install.

I am going to ask a stupid question
Why would you need to install the GOPRO software?
Edius can import or use AVCHD2HQ and there are no problems
Edius even has a "MIRROR" filter if you accidentally filmed upside down and for got to tell the camera
And if you are worried about the lens distortion, New Blue and Prodad have excellent filters to reclaim the clip and don't upset edius
Perhaps I am just getting too old but I don't just add software to my system because it is free and there has been numerous reports of this problem

I have reinstalled GoPro and it still is not working for me. What is something else i can try?Leave a comment:

The problem arises if you install GoPro software and then uninstall it sometime in the future. The only cure I have found to date is to reinstall the GoPro studio software.
Take a system image before trying new software.Leave a comment:

Thank you very much! Today, I have found the same problem. Reinstalling Edius 6.08 not helped. Fortunately then I found this topic. And remembered that today delete the program "go-pro cineform studio". Established cineform again, and Edius is working now! If not for this topic long thinking my mistake. Thank!Leave a comment:

No SPLib DLL was found in the Waterfall procedure
Interesting title ? not really when it happened yesterday to me !
This problem has been resolved, but would just like to share it with the forum as general knowledge.
While starting Edius 4.61, halfway loading the progress bar, the message "No SPLib DLL was found in the Waterfall procedure" and it would just exit after a minute or 2, no more Edius !
After spending some time with google, it was clear that this is an audio related dll problem, in my case a coruption of one ore more vst plugins from tl electronics & tc audio.
When my dvd writer died it corrupted these dll files, it seems that these vst plugins require for some sinister reason a working cd / dvd drive in the system, this actually I knew from previous system builds that when no cd / dvd drive is attached is corrupts these vst dll's, but just tells you nicely to re-install these plug ins.
I did not use wavelab (could be any audio editor running vst's) for a couple of days so this "No SPLib DLL was found in the Waterfall procedure" message puzzled me for a few hours.
It was neither a Edius or wavelab problem, but I think this experience (and solution) might benefit forum users in the future.
Edius is running fine again since the repair ..................Tags: None
